Thanks to all who put in so much effort for the contest. My 2 1/2 year old daughter was absolutely thrilled to receive prizes in the mail today. This was a great idea and a lot of fun to participate in. Thanks again.

Sweet! This was a great activity for us, and we got the whole family involved - the prizes are a bonus! Many Thanks! And I echo Rick's comment - helping out with shipping is the least we can do!

Thanks guys and maybe gals for all your hard work with this. My son Elias and niece Courtney both won outfits in the draw which is really incredible. How can I at least donate to you the cost of the shipping for these prizes? I know one of them would be headed to Alaska!

Thanks and keep up the good work

I am the president of Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches and hoped to meet you (Cameron) in NC when I was there a few weeks ago with Jeff Harrell. Unfortunatly the rivers got blown out with the rain and we did not get to meet. I have been following the progress of FK through your website and Moldy Chum and appreciate what you are doing. I have been in the business of working with kids who cannot live in their own homes for 36 years and have been a fisherman since birth ( pretty much).

I cannot think of many activities for kids that is as therapeutic as fishing and applaud the effort to introduce as many as possible to the activity. My dad brought us up by waking us up before dawn and crusing the beaches off Boca Grande for tarpon on artificials and fishing the passes from Clearwater to Naples, Fl for snook. I took much of this for granted until I was an adult and realized people paid hundreds of dollars a day to get this experience.

Jeff has done wonders with our kids at the Yout Ranches over the years. He has started fishing clubs, done casting clinics and even started many on the all addicting fly casting as a way to channel their energies.

Our next venture is to build on our Hooked on Kids theme to introduce kids to fishing. Our passion is kids who do not have parents to do this and especially kdis who have disfunctional and disruptive families. Most of our kids are from innner cities and have never fished at all. Getting them on the water and into the lifestyle is a blast and Jeff is the master of this.

Congrats and keep it up. I hope to meet you in the future. If you ever want a good dose of Beg bend Florida fishing for redfish, come on down and we will give you a taste.
