What’s Up Now?

The Fishy Kid coloring contests ended last week and I thought I’d update everyone on what is going on with it all.

There were almost sixty participants in the children coloring contest who submitted over 150 pages to the three galleries!

I am currently working on putting items of gear together to send ALL PARTICIPANTS a prize!  I am still waiting for a couple of boxes of gear to arrive and then I’ll be getting everything ready to send out.

The adult coloring contest had a surprisingly number of entries with over forty pages uploaded into the gallery.  Thank you to all that participated and hope you had a great time.

Kevin and I narrowed the finalists in the adult gallery down to twelve favorites.  Those artists will now have their page put into a poll where it will be voted on to determine our winners.

The twelve finalists for the 2009 Adult Coloring Contest are:

Josh England, Brian Schiele, Michael Gracie, Joseph Ebersole, Brian Bennett, Sandra Tracy, Spencer Ballard, Olaf Nelson, Erik Hove, Rachel Hillis, Brian Barnes, and Richard Sisler.

CONGRATULATIONS!  We’ll be getting up the poll soon and then let the voting begin!

If anyone has questions or concerns please drop us an email at gofish@fishykid.org.
